Private Fishing Tours, Day Cruising, Snorkeling Trips and Boat Charters
The Huatulco Bays in Oaxaca, Mexico has recently been discovered for its fantastic angling. In fact, Saltwater Sport Fishing magazine, based on its comprehensive international survey, ranked Huatulco as on of the best sportfishing destination in Mexico. In the abundant water offshore, Pacific sailfish weighing up to 175 pounds are primary catch during most of the year, and fishermen’s success ratios are extraordinary. In addition, black and blue marlins migrate trough these waters; during the spring month the average size runs between 275 and 400 pounds. Rounding out the range of offshore finned combatants are large schools of yellow fin tuna, some reaching 300 pounds, as well as the delicious Dorado (mahi mahi). These coastal waters quickly reach a depth of over 1000 fathoms; therefore exiting action can occur anytime after leaving port. Most of the consistent action happens just 15 to 20 miles offshore, giving anglers a long quality fishing day. Primary venue is the Marina Santa Cruz Huatulco. For reservation please contact Manuel. He has several years of experience here in Huatulco to pleasure cruisers and sportfishers. Mani offers fishing tours with full facilities for groups up to 4 people. 5 hours of fishing adventure for 250 USD.
